We provide web design, development, and related digital services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any project are defined in a separate proposal or agreement. These Terms apply alongside that project agreement, which takes precedence where there is a conflict.

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless stated otherwise. Unless agreed in writing, projects require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due at agreed milestones or on completion.

Late payments may pause active work and could incur additional charges as set out in your project agreement.

You agree to provide timely feedback, content, and any assets needed to complete your project, and to ensure you have the rights to all materials you supply. Delays in providing these may affect agreed timelines.

Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to you, including code and design produced specifically for your project. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing. Third-party assets remain subject to their own licences.

We deliver our services with reasonable skill and care, but the website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, alifba technologies is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant project.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
